Regarding such, the operators of niceassphotos.com confine their actions to the transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting and/or formatting of the content, be it depictions of explicit or of simulated sexual activity, that is furnished by third-party users of the website. All areas of the website that contain user-provided content are under the control of said users. This exclude the operators of the website from compliance with Section 2257 records keeping and labeling obligations as stated in 28 C.F.R. §75.1(c)(4). Any content that is deemed illegal, obscene, harmful, harassing, defamatory or in any respect incompatible with the terms of use and policies of the website, may be removed as decided solely by the operator or owner, in keeping with 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)(B)(v) and 47 U.S.C. § 230(c).
